The Congress will include plenary sessions and poster sessions, which will take place during the all three days.
Oral presentations can be made only in English.
Also, for the PowerPoint presentations (or other similar software) as well as for poster presentations, the English language is mandatory.
The oral talks will be pre-recorded and sent to us, but we will also organize recording sessions for those willing to do it with our help. Since the online schedule will be very strict, it is extremely important that each oral contribution will fit in the 15 minutes time frame. A live 15 minutes questions session will follow after three oral presentations.
The posters will have an 1 hour live session each day, where each author can interact in a private chatroom with the participants.
There will be two keynote talks each day of 45 minutes followed by a 15 minutes questions session.
